3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment.
• Clients must provide accurate event details during the booking process.
• Booking confirmation will be shared through email, WhatsApp, or a signed agreement.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule or before the event begins.
• Additional services requested after confirmation may incur extra charges.
• All payments are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable, depending on the services already booked and expenses incurred.
• If an artist or vendor cancels due to unavoidable circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement or discuss alternative solutions.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agreed booking terms.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event information.
• Arrange required permissions from venue authorities, if applicable.
• Ensure timely payments.
• Provide a safe environment for artists, staff, and equipment.
• Cooperate with the event management team for smooth execution.

7. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to event date, venue, timing, guest count, or service requirements should be communicated as early as possible. Additional charges may apply based on the requested changes and availability.

8. Force Majeure

Happy Event Group & Wedding Planner shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Pandemic or epidemic situations
• Civil unrest

• Power failures

9. Intellectual Property
